ACCOUNTING CLERK
Qualifications:
Female / Male
Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline
At least 1 year experience in accounting or any similar field
Proficient in Microsoft office
Organization, attention to detail, productivity, and dependability
Must be knowledgeable in government compliance regulatory and statutory obligation
Ability to maintain records and prepare reports and correspondence related to the job
Courteous, professional manner, and strong customer service skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure accuracy and timely processing of journal entries, subsidiary ledger, and customer information.
Prepare monthly bank statement
Prepare monthly inventories
Maintain accurate and up to date of all accounts payable, receivables transactions, as well as other accounting records and reports
Assist with month end and year end financial reporting
