We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our company as an Accounting Clerk. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our accounting department.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial documents, such as invoices, bills, and accounts receivable/payable
Process and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining financial databases
Prepare and submit financial reports to management on a regular basis
Assist in the preparation of budgeting and forecasting activities
Monitor and resolve discrepancies in financial records
Assist in the coordination of audits and provide necessary documentation
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information and resolve any inquiries
Perform general administrative tasks as required by the accounting department
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is preferred
Proven taxation experience is preferred
Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel
Basic understanding of accounting principles and procedures
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
High level of integrity and trustworthiness
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
