Maintains good interpersonal skills in dealing with members, clients and visitors
Must have the ability to handle diverse tasks and organize work to meet deadlines
Should be capable of efficiently organizing and maintaining a filing system
Must be proficient with using MS Office and other computer programs
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle daily reports and monitor accounts (payables and receivables), payroll and other accounting functions
Establish rapport and build strong relationship with the clients and members
Attend to clients' inquiries
Perform other related matters as may be assigned from time to time
