Job Qualification:
BS Accountancy graduate
At least one year related experience
Job Specification:
1. Petty Cash Voucher Reimbursement (Stores) - Validate and Process within 1 day upon receipt.
2. Account Schedules - Uniform schedule before the end of the month, Metrocash Card Schedule within the day
3. Journal Vouchers - Prepare and submit within the 2nd of the following month.
4. Central File System - Maintain a central file of all signed and approved accounting documents including scanned or soft copy form for easy and immediate retrieval of files during internal and external audit.
5. Others - Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
