Job Summary
· To ensure timely and accurate processing of withholding tax, rental payments, and loose leaf books
Responsibilities and Duties
· Ensure rental payments are paid on time.
· Ensure WTE 2307 for rentals and expenses are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
· Maintain Loose leaf records (purchase book).
· Encode purchase invoices to loose leaf forms using excel.
Qualifications and Skills
· Graduate of any Accounting or Business Management related course.
· At least one (1) year work experience in bookkeeping, credit evaluation/investigation and handling Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable.
· Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Offices.
· Average written and verbal communication skills.
· Filing and office management skills.
