Job Responsibilities:
Prepares the following for payment
Vouchers based on the invoice and/or PO (incl. Incentives) (Monthly)
Vouchers of incentive & payroll including 13th month pay & bonuses
SSS, PAGIBIG, Philhealth remittances & loan payments (Monthly)
Releases checks of suppliers every Friday
Filing of vouchers
Monitors employees' telephone calls and submits to payroll staff for deduction purposes. (monthly)
Prepares summary of disbursement per department
Receivables
Gathers, summarizes and endorses cash, checks payments and change sales for deposit to GM
Payroll
Audit Timekeeping done by HR (Contractual/Regular)
Processes payroll of regular and contractual, rank & file employees
Files payroll register
Computes 13th month pay, mid year bonus and SL conversion
Release salary of contractual employees with no atm yet and seasonal/extra employees
Timekeeps seasonal/extra employees
Release incentive of regulars
Release longevity pay and other cash benefits on employees if needed
Alpha list of end of contract
Records, Reports, & Bookkeeping
Prepares & files the following remittance reports on:
Philhealth - online encoding of payments
HDMF Remittance & Loan
SSS Remittances & Loan
Maintain book Accounts
Monitor employees purchase of ice & submit to payroll staff for deduction
Administrative
Assist immediate superior in renewal of Government Mandated requirements.
Others - performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualification:
Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience: Accounting Clerk: 1 year (Preferred)
