Job Responsibilities:
Checking of Initial MOA of Partner Drugstores.
Lot Numbering of Sales Order for Invoicing only.
Termination of Partner Drugstore.
Prepares Weekly Inventory Report.
Prepares and monitor Critical Stock Report.
Prepares and monitor Purchase Requisition of Alliance Products.
Encoding and posting of documents ( WARA, PSTS, MISS, DR, PROFORMA, STF)
Reconciliation of FG under Location 101.
Checking of Physical Count vs. Book.
Prepares GJ of Proforma.
Participates in monthly closing Process.
Reconciliation of Inventory of raw materials.
Updates FG and RMPM standard cost monthly.
Inventory Count and Reconciliation of stocks under Pharma-Sales department.
Monitor and filing of Inventory related documents.
Other task that may assigned by the immediate superior.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy (CPA is an advantage).
With at least six (6) months experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Willing to be assigned in Cupang, Muntinlupa City.
