Assist the Accounting Manager with the operations of the department; performs specific functions for both Head Office and Satellites Offices
Prepares cash receipt journals
Prepares Bank Reconciliation
Computes Sales Department's commission
Computes Parts & Accessories and Services Incentives
Prepares Sales and Purchase Journal
Records and analyzes Unit Inventory
Prepares and submits Value-Added Tax and Sales & Purchases Report to Bureau of Internal Revenue
Monitor Cagayan Branch's office property and equipment
Notes payables (i.e. Primus Finance)
Incharge - VAT Report MCMI
Incharge - VAT Report MGM
Incharge - W/tax Report -Wages & At source MCMI
Bank Reconciliation
Monitoring Cashier's Report
BIR Books - Sales, Purchases, Receipts, Disbursements (MCMI)
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): SAP
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
