Job Responsibilities:
Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors.
Compile and sort invoices and checks.
Issue checks for accounts payable.
Record charges and refunds, file and tally payments.
Support accounting personnel.
Input type vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records.
Work with calculators, databases and bank accounts.
Match invoices to Purchase orders.
Process bills for payment.
Code, post and receipt payments.
Prepare and coordinate payment activities.
Perform all necessary account, bank and other reconciliations.
Job Qualifications:
Must be accounting graduate
CPA or non CPA are welcome to apply
Must be keen to details
Must have good communication skills
