Qualifications:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
Can work with minimum supervision
Proficiency in MS Office

Duties and Responsibilities:
Use bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets and software.
Post financial transactions in databases.
Receives and records vouchers, cash and checks
Checks accuracy in reports, figures and postings.
Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies found in the records.
Interacting with management, customers, vendors and customers.
Performs day to day financial transactions such as verifying of account receivables data, preparing, printing, posting of billings/invoices.
Ensures accurate computation of billings to clients/customers
Ensures compliance with Internal Auditors on their audit requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned by direct superiors and managers.
