About Your Client:
Your client is one of Australia's leading independently owned and operated coffee roasters. They deliver freshly roasted coffee beans all throughout Australia and internationally and are ardent supporters of the Rainforest Alliance sustainable coffee program.
What You Will Do:
Accounts Payable:
Enter invoices into the Accounts Payable ledger in our accounting system (Epicor)
Identify which invoices are associated with which of three separate companies.
Code invoices to the correct expenses code from the General Ledger
Check invoices are authorized correctly by internal managers
Report on completed invoice batches
Manage time frames for invoice entry for payment runs and month-end deadlines.
Accounts Receivable:
Update cash receipt entries.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience in Business Accounting or relevant field
Knowledge of Accounting and Bookkeeping principles
Experience with accounting software and data entry
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Ability to protect confidential information
Ability to identify errors and solve problems
