JOB SUMMARY:
The Accounting Clerk is responsible for downloading of data and schedules from SAP and in-house finance system, analyze and clean-up of long outstanding accounts such as, but not limited to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. He/she will also match and analyze Accounts Receivable and customer deposits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Accounting or Accounting-related course (i.e. Management Accounting)
With at least 1 year experience in an accounting admin function
Analytical, detail-oriented, results-oriented, open-minded, approachable, able to work on a strict timeline, customer-oriented
Must be willing to work in Shaw, Mandaluyong
Must be willing to accept project-based engagement
