About the Role
Compute monthly remittance of withholding taxes on compensation and prepare annual alpha-listing of employees; ad ensures on-time electronic and had copy report submission to the BIR.
Prepare journal entries, requests for payment, and supporting schedules related to payroll, benefits, reimbursements, employee deductions, incentives, and employer share on Government contributions, and monthly accruals as necessary.
Evaluates all invoices for proper documentation and prepare Cash / check vouchers.
Ensures that all transactions related to Account Payable must be recorded in the system and performed in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
Has Knowledge and experience in taxation, payroll accounting, account receivables, and accounts payable.
Handle basic office tasks such as filing, updating databases, scanning documents, and other clerical work.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by his/her superiors.
