Responsibilities:
Review, analyze and reclassify the proper account to be used in compliment transaction and record collectibles from managers
Prepare Journal Voucher (JV) of the reclassified expense account and set-up collectibles from managers through ERP uploading
Check and ensure the completeness of the submitted report.
Reconcile inventory amount and prepare necessary adjusting entries to update book balances.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
Applicants must be willing to work in Shaw Blvd..
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
Willing to do field work.
Can work under pressure.
Must be willing to work as Fixed Term Employee for 4 months
Proficient in MS Office application.
