Job Summary: Responsible in keeping financial records updated and preparing reports. Has knowledge in running accounting software programs like SAP to process business transactions.
Specific Responsibilities:
Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
Provide assistance and support to company personnel
Compiling of reports and summaries
Requirements:
Graduate of any relevant course
Familiarity in bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
Competent in MS office, database, and accounting softwares
With experience in spreadsheets and financial reports
Accuracy and attention to detail
Aptitude for numbers
Able to perform filing and record keeping tasks
Well-organized
