JOB SUMMARY: To meet SLA in billing the customer and posting their payments. Ensures that all customer payments are posted in NetSuite system daily. Verifies validity of (RFA) Request For Adjustment and process CM when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Accountancy graduate or any related course
With 1 to 2 years related experience
Computer literate
Advance Excel functions
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily posting of customer payment - Accurate posting of details of payments per Collection Receipts and Official Receipts.
Request For Adjustment
Daily screening of RFA
Ensures that all RFA are processed accordingly on a daily basis.
Helps out in Billing Area when needed.
Summary of role requirements:
Looking for candidates available to work on weekdays
1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
Working rights required for this role
