We are looking for an efficient and people-oriented Accounting Associate: Real Estate Cashier who has excellent customer service skills and can work with minimal supervision.
The responsibilities of the Accounting Cashier include (but not limited to):
Ensuring product prices for items and services are accurately applied,
Collection of customer payments and issuance of appropriate receipts,
Releasing of check disbursements,
Ensuring sufficient inventory of accountable forms,
Providing excellent customer/client service at all times, ensuring helpful assistance and information, and
Preparing financial reports and performing other tasks as requested by management.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Management Accounting
Work Experience: at least 2 years of experience in Accounting
Knowledge and Skills:
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office applications especially Excel
Proficient interpersonal skills
Proficient verbal and written communication skills
Willing to be trained and can work under pressure
