Assist Sales Personnel from time to time
Issues Violations & errors to Sales personnel
Prepares accounting memorandums
Filing of 201 file of commissioners and contractors
Perform accounting and clerical functions to support Accounting Supervisor.
Records business transactions and key daily worksheets to the general ledger system.
Input type vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports and other records.
Work with adding machines, calculators, databases and bank accounts.
Perform assigned task from time to time of their superior.-Requirements- Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
1 year of experience
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Numbers, Analysis, Communication and persuasion
Availability to travel: Yes
