Kong Realty Corporation (KRC) is a growing real estate services company specializing in residential leasing and property management in Cebu. As we continue to expand our managed properties, we are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Associate (Level 1) to support our Finance & Administration team.
Salary: ₱15,000 - ₱17,000 (Based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Rent Billing Support & Banking Assistance
Prepare tenant billing statements and monitor rent collections
Update tenant ledgers and aging reports
Assist in monitoring overdue accounts
Assist in bank deposits of collections and rental payments
Prepare bank deposit slips and maintain deposit records
Monitor and update bank transaction summaries
Accounts & Documentation
Assist in processing accounts payable and receivable
Prepare payment vouchers and Acknowledgement receipts / Invoices
Record daily transactions accurately in spreadsheets and accounting files
Monitor petty cash liquidation and expense documentation
Assist in preparing required documents for BIR filing (under supervision)
Reporting Assistance
Assist in preparing monthly collection summaries
Support the Finance Officer in basic reconciliation tasks
Ensure completeness of documents prior to turnover and renewal processes
Qualifications
Graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, or any related Business Course
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation
Familiar with MS Excel and Google Sheets
Detail-oriented and organized
Willing to learn and grow within a structured system
Willing to be assigned in Guadalupe, Cebu City
