We're Currently Seeking an ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE
 
Role Overview:
The Accounting Associate is responsible for ensuring all payments are received, recorded, and processed. He/She is also responsible for coordinating with clients to ensure that outstanding balances are paid, making sure that all receipts are tracked and regularly checked for any discrepancies in the payments received.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring all payments are received recorded and processed.
Coordinating with clients to ensure that outstanding balances are paid, making sure that all receipts are tracked and regularly checked for any discrepancies in the payments received.
Create, Update, and Maintain customer accounts in the company's accounting system
Generating billing statements, invoices, and account statements for sending to clients.
Assist in coordinating closely with clients for all billing-related matters and provides the necessary documentation as required.
Maintaining and updating all accounts receivable files and records
Assist in generating regular collection reports and sends to the Management
Monitor customer accounts for open balances and aging payments.
Handles client billing concerns and is tasked to resolve any irregularities.
Collect and deposit client payments
Safe keep client-issued PDCs and monitor deposit due dates.
Organize and provide supporting documents as required by the company accountant, bookkeeper, and or superiors.
Control the end-to-end process of invoice-related activities
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Computer Literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
At least 1 year of working experience in handling accounting functions
With relevant experience
Computer Literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Results-oriented and persistent
Good eye for details
Excellent communication skills in both written and oral
Goal-oriented and desire to deliver results
