Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of BS in Accountancy or Business Accounting course.
Must be attentive and possess good communication skills.
Must be flexible and trainable.
Computer Literate.
Committed to work and staying with the company.
With good academic standing and broader knowledge in Accounting.
Willing to multi-task and assume work in case of absence/vacancy.
Trustworthy and diligent towards work.

Job Description:
Follow-up on customers' overdue accounts.
Checks accuracy of Sales Invoices from Sales Agents compared to system encoded Invoice.
Communicates customer updates and other customer concerns, especially on pricing and delivery.
In charge of encoding/processing Sales Invoices and Sales reports.
Assists in receiving calls such as customer concerns and inquiries.
