Accounting Associate
Primary Responsibilities:
The person in this position is responsible for meeting the statutory and internal deadlines, set for the following services availed by each of TCF clients:
Bookkeeping
Tax Preparation and Filing
Payroll Computation
PEZA Report Preparation
Dispatch
Review
Client Communication
The person in this position may be required to communicate to client contacts (directly or through the intermediation of Japanese representatives) to obtain documents and clarify information needed to complete the above services.
Continuous Innovation and Coaching
The person in this position is expected to document and make improvements in his basis tasks and to impart the same to new members of the Company.
Other Responsibilities
The person in this position is also expected to assist (by providing information and financial documents, computation of taxes and analysis of data) in the completion of other TCF services as follows:

Assistance in BIR audit
Change in functional currency
Change in accounting period
Other TCF services requiring compilation and analysis of financial data
Tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time
Other responsibilities will also include process improvement or innovation and coaching of junior members of the Company.
