Duties and Responsibilities:
Comply with general accounting and financial regulations/principles
Compile, analyze, and report financial data
Create periodic reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
Present data to managers, investors, and other entities
Maintain all financial records, logs, spreadsheets and registers
Ensure resort capability in assessing company's expenses.
Maintain accurate financial records
Manage cash flows and requests for replenishment of funds.
Perform audits and resolving discrepancies, including fixed asset inventory and supplies.
Compute taxes and process various AR/AP entries and transactions.
Keep abreast about current legislation relating to finance and accounting
Assist management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts
Identify accounting problems and suggest ways to enhance financial situation of the company
Manage periodic reports and BIR filings/submission.
Perform additional tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior
