Accounting AssociateAsialink Group of Companies

Assist in all functions of tax administration, government tax reporting, and the completion of accurate tax returns.
Key Responsibilities:
Records all account transactions, encodes, updates, and balances entries on the books of account of assigned branches.
Prepares a summary of all accounts recorded in the Cash Receipt Book (CRB), Cash Disbursement Book (CDB), and Journal before posting them to the ledger.
Prepares a monthly and quarterly trial balance and submits it to the immediate superior.
Facilitates registration of Books of Accounts and Payments at Bureau of Internal Revenue
Prepares requests for payment of taxes and licenses and ensures timely processing.
Prepares accurate Financial Statements for government compliance and submits to the Immediate Supervisor
keeps confidential records and files and ensures easy retrieval when needed.
Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Key Requirements:
Graduate of BS Accountancy or BSBA Financial Management
Preferably with at least one (1) year related accounting or taxation experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Detail oriented, precise and meticulous when preparing tax returns and other accounting documentation
With keen eyes to details
Possesses strong analytical, mathematical and communication skills
Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
