Preparation of check payments to trade and non-trade suppliers
Monitoring of monthly and annual recurring expenses
Journalizes all cash outflow transactions to QuickBooks
Assist in preparing Profit and Loss Report for each department
Monitoring of company's accounts payables
Preparation of required government documents such as 2307 forms
Update changes in unit prices
Contact suppliers for confirmation of various invoices
Administers documentation of all company expenses in accordance with their respective corporations
Ensures completeness of required accounting documentation in all company expenses
Qualifications:
Candidates must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Management.
Must have at least 6 months to 1-year experience in PR report, BIR 2307 generation, or any related accounting expenses reports
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
