As Accounting Associate your primary function is to ensure effective day-to-day monitoring of transactions.
Must be an BS Accountancy Graduate (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
Can join and report to office immediately
Can be hired on the spot if qualified
The list of dedicated tasks are:
Preparation of statement of account, not later than 15th day of the following month.
Preparation of vessel account balances and summary.
Preparation of journal entries for trade and non-trade accounts receivable.
Scanning of vouchers for submission to the principal.
Preparation of Journal Entries for manning and recruitment fee.
Preparation of general accounting journal entries.
Reconciliation of Receivables.
Assist the immediate superior during an audit.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
8 hour shift
