Job Title: Associate (US Accountant)
Job Responsibilities:
Complete bank and general ledger reconciliations, researching and correcting discrepancies as necessary.
Account analysis and trend variance research
Prepare and post monthly closing entries.
Prepare accurate and timely monthly internal and external close packets. • Accounts payable invoice entry
Weekly AP invoice review
Monthly AP invoice audit
Communicate effectively with Client personnel including accounting and community managers.
Operations
Under the supervision and review of a more experienced staff member, assists in office functions and on special assignments.
Plans and organizes activities to make use of time.
Completes work assignments within the time considered reasonable for a particular task.
Keeps the person in charge fully informed of progress on assignments.
Conforms to the company's administrative policies and requirements, and those of clients as applicable.
Demonstrate flexibility and resourcefulness in adapting client situations.
Job Qualifications:
A CPA or Non-CPA; Graduate of Accountancy
Has at least two (2) to three (3) years prior Associate work experience in accounting (preferably in Real Estate Industry)
Preferably has prior experience in Real Page
Proficiency in MS Office application (especially Excel)
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Have the necessary personal characteristics such as integrity, dependability, flexible, and selfconfidence. Someone who is goal oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and has positive attitude.
Have structured thinking and problem-solving skills.
Is willing to extend himself beyond the immediate demands of the assignment and to accept new responsibilities.
Work Schedule:
7:00AM to 4:00PM
