Job Description:
· Assist accountants and other finance officer with creating and editing of financial documents
· Organize bookkeeping processes of the company
· Evaluate, reconcile sales reports and draft financial statements
· Preparation and verification of billing statements
· Ensures confidentiality of records in accordance with the instruction of management
· Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
· Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier's ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
· Bring the books to the trial balance stage
· Account Reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions
· Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
Qualifications:
· Candidate must be a College graduate with a degree in Accountancy/Finance major.
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
· With good computer skills with knowledge in bookkeeping and spreadsheet programs
· Attention to detail
· Knows accounting protocols and controls
· Willing to learn new things and work beyond the job description
· Fast learner, Hardworking and Persistent
· Trustworthy and has Integrity
· Preferably lives near the workplace (Ortigas Center Pasig)
