1. Keep track of debts owed to the company.
o Support Sales Team for Collections especially those overdue
2. Tracks and monitors of documents.
o Prepares SOA/SI, and Transmittal.
3. Update and maintain customer accounts information
o Address
o Billing details or any other relevant information
4. Evaluates all accounts receivable balances and resolves all unpaid/outstanding invoice issues.
o Prepares regular reports for client consumption (Monthly collection reports, disbursement reports)
5. Escalates issues to the immediate superior
o Prepares exception reports for unusual transactions noted
6. Adheres on the company house rules and team dynamics.
7. Updates time tracker on the activities.
8. Other tasks assigned by immediate superior.
