expense encoding through software( Quickbooks, Google Sheets)
expense monitoring (follow up on liquidations, monitor payment requests and releases)
audit of expenses (checking for truthfulness of receipt, price verification with suppliers to check for price padding)
monthly generation of reports for BIR Filings and dues (to be submitted to the accountant, actual filing will be done by the accountant)
monitoring of payables (bills, post-dated checks, pending or unpaid SOAs etc)
making and processing payment requests
