As Associate, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but not limited to:
*Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the engagement.
*Share and collaborate effectively with others.
*Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical professional judgement.
*Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems or opportunities arise.
*Keep up to-date with local and national business and economic issues and updates on industry practices.
*Keep up to-date with development in area of expertise or professional industry.
*Build and maintain an internal and external network.
*Adhere to company's risk management and compliance procedures.
*Uphold the company's code of ethics and business conduct.
*A graduate of Bachelor's of Science in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or Management Accounting.
*With six (6) months to (1) year of working experience in General Accounting and/or Tax Compliance.
*Fresh graduates with no working experience are also accepted.
*Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage.
*Other certifications such as CTT, CIA, CISA, CICA, others are an advantage.
