MVP Asia Pacific Inc. is now looking for an Accounting Associate. Your role as an Accounting Associate is critical to business growth, culture, and operations. Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the Group's bank reconciliations.
• Managing all Debtors accounts as per the Company's Debtor Policy.
• Ensure new Debtors are set up as per the Company's Debtor Policy.
• Monitoring of debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors DSO.
• Reconcile PayPal/Stripe/Braintree/AfterPay batches and process them into the Accounting system.
• Responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of the Debtor Management Software (TermSync).
• Liaising with customers, as well as internal personnel including the Sales. Accounts, and Customer Service teams for alignment Debtors.
• Processing End of Month rollover for the Accounting system.
• Assistance with the annual audit.
• Entering Retail Store sales for the Group into the Accounting system.
• Additional accounting support/tasks as requested by Director of Finance.
To be successful, you should be:
• At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Competency with ERP systems and adapting to new software.
• Confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders both internal and external.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize a demanding workload.
