Job Description:
The Accounting Associate is responsible for monitoring the schedule of payments by checking on the details and records of payments that are due to be made to different creditors. The position safe keeps the records of business debts and payments to be made for the services availed from other service providers or entities and other corporate obligations. Furthermore, the position ensures that payments made are properly validated through the presentation of periodic reports and payment schedules in order to ensure that proper funding is established prior to settlement of payables.
Responsibilities:
 Facilitate all accounts payable matters for both regular and special expenses.
 Prepare checks and vouchers and all necessary attached documents for the payment process.
 Safe keep and maintains records of assigned company transactions.
 Handle bank-to-bank transactions, check payments, debit memos etc.
 Others matter related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
Qualifications
Qualification:
4 years graduate of Accounting and Finance or equivalent
1-3 years of experience as Accounting Associate-Account payables
Experience in bank reconciliation
Flexibility and adaptability
Excellent communication skills
Ability to follow a procedure and raise issues when technical or functional issues arise
