Job Qualifications
The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for the following duties
Monitor accounts receivable
Issue accounting related documents
Efficient use of accounting system and software
Maintains accounting records, spreadsheets and databases.
Reconciles bank statements by comparing statement with internal documents.
Prepares reports.
Monitors job orders and coordinates with suppliers.
Monitors collections and coordinates with clients.
Manages petty cash transactions.
Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
BS Accountancy graduate or equivalent
At least one year work-related experience
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Computer literate
Experience in accounting software and procedures
Requirements * Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 2
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Accounting, Finances
Availability for travel: Yes
