Maintains the books of accounts and assists in the various functions related to month-end/year-end close.
Ensures all invoices are processed accurately and timely while adhering to accounts payable and cash.
Manages and execute Record to Report processes
Support to maintain and improve service performance metrics reports, as required
Provide status of work in process, assist in planning and coordinating execution of work, escalate issues in a timely and appropriate manner while pushing to identify resolutions
Provide quality, cost effective service while looking at ways to contribute to process improvement
Must be graduate of B.S Accounting / Accountancy
Not necessarily CPA but must have 2-3 years experience in accounting
Must be keen to details, highly organized, systematic and a team player
Ability to do multi-tasking and interface professionally with all level of management
Proficient with MS Office
Reliable and able to meet deadlines
Flexible and able to relate with different people of different backgrounds
Willing to be trained
