Job Description
Perform regular accounting process and procedures including, but not limited to reconciliations, journal entries, account analysis, reporting, cash applications and transaction data input into system.
Perform reconciliation process of accounts by listing reconciliation items and identifying, investigating and completing reconciliations.
Identify opportunities to process improvements.
Perform Bookkeeping functions.
Perform daily collection calls and reconcile with banks, etc. on outstanding receivables.
Check completeness and process payment of non-trade payable documents including regulatory and government permits.. Prepare regulatory and financial reports
Preparation of Payroll.
Job Qualification
At least 1 to 2 years related experience.
Must be graduate of BS Accountancy
Knowledgeable in accounting and bookkeeping terminology and practices.
Must be a computer literate.
Able to use or operate standard office equipment. (Fax Machine, Computer, Scanner. Etc.).
Able to meet schedules and deadlines.
With Effective communication skills.
