JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Prepare and process payroll data
Prepares reports to government agencies and BIR tax dues
Prepares Business Permit renewal related docs
Prepares financial reports
Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
Management of petty cash, company bills, and recording of daily transactions
Releasing of requested budget
Coordination for audit
QUALIFICATIONS:
B.S. Accountancy graduate or Management Accounting.
Proven working experience as Bookkeeper or Accounting Staff
Must be well-versed in all kinds of financial reporting, with proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail and accuracy
Good oral and written communication skill
Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel), knowledge in Accounting software is a plus
