Job Description:
Main function is to prepare, reconcile, validate, prepare journal entries , and prepare monthly reports and analysis
Major Responsibilities:
Gather data needed for monthly budget and expense analysis
Validate and reconcile summary of cash and charge transactions
Prepare and validate comparative data of Daily Sales Report
Prepare consolidated Daily Sales Report of the assigned stores
Prepare monthly- certificate of monthly sales report percentage rent purposes , etc.
Prepare monthly inventory entries of new shipments, deliveries, pullouts and COS
Job Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or any business related course
Must have at least 1 year of working experience
Experience in dealing with sales & inventory transaction is advantage
With excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office
