ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE (DISBURSEMENTS) - FOR DAVAO
 
Job Description
SAP Posting for Outgoing payments.
Issues Check Vouchers and Checks for Bizlink Approval.
Print BIR 2307 Form prepared by AP.
Process Manager's Check for ROD, BIR, CTO
Process Land Bank of the Philippines Autodebit documents.
Bank Reconciliation of Disbursing Accounts (weekly).
Timely submission of weekly Fund Requests to Head Office.
Filing and Digitalization of documents including hardcopies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in
Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Knowledgeable in General Accounting.
Proficient in MS Office application.
A high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
Excellent data entry skills.
Effective organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Knowledgeable with SAP system or any other Accounting system.
