The role in a nutshell:
As Tech One's Accounting Associate for AR, you will be responsible for the overall accounts receivable full cycle and related activities - invoice processing, expense reports, account and vendor reconciliations. You will work with our local General Accounting Specialist and will collaborate with our Global Finance Manager.
*This role is on a full onsite set up
What you will do:
You will create sales orders in BC, and ensuring accurate details are recorded on a timely manner.
You will ensure accurate and timely issuance of manual SI/BS/SOA to clients based on the invoices posted in BC.
You are in charge of sending SI/BS/SOA it to clients through email and courier / messenger.
You will ensure timely collection through sending of payment reminder via Gaviti and email to clients.
You are in charge of collection of withholding tax certificates and acknowledgment receipts / collection receipts/ official receipts to be issued to clients upon payment whichever is applicable.
You will produce prompt and accurate recording of AR Receipts, WHT Certificates, bank transactions, Microsoft incentives in BC.
You will assist on the updating of AR Ageing Summary and monitor the clients with overdue accounts through issuance of Notices / Demand.
You will assist on the preparation of Weekly Collection Forecasts.
You will assist on the monthly closure of AR reports, establishing a required provision for doubtful accounts.
You will prepare and encode the Summary List of Sales in the BIR RELIEF to ensure timely e-submission to BIR quarterly.
You will address customer concerns pertaining to collection-related queries and disputes when required.
You will assist on the BIR Computerized Accounting System (CAS) Application Requirements.
You are in charge of preparation of schedules and reconciliations intended for annual or special audit.
You will perform ad-hoc functions and reports upon the request of management.

Accounting/Finance or any related bachelor's degree holder
Your relevant years of experience in the same field or position - at least 2 years
Your knowledge in using accounting systems
Your good analytical skills

Your ability to communicate and connect with your team
