ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE - ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
 
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounting Associate (Accounts Payable) to join our Finance team.
 
Key Responsibilities
Process and monitor all accounts payable transactions accurately and on time
Verify invoices, supporting documents, and approvals before posting
Prepare payment vouchers and ensure compliance with company policies
Maintain vendor records and reconcile accounts payable balances
Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting requirements
Qualifications
Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or related course
At least 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems
Good communication and teamwork skills
