• Processing accounts payables and outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts payable's data
• Preparing bills payables and invoices
• Assemble, review and verify invoices and check requests
• Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices
• Sort, code and match invoices
Qualifications:
• Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy.
• At least 1-2 years of experience as Accounting Assistant in Accounts
Payable is required for this position.
• Above average skills on Microsoft Office
• Amenable to work in San Miguel Manila (near TIP Manila and Malacanang Palace)
