Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue a statement of account to customers
Ensure timely collection of receivables
Process payables
Perform bank reconciliation
Ensure validity and accuracy of transactions
Organize financial data into useable information and relevant reports
Prepare analysis of movement in account balances
Maintain updated records for accounts monitored
Prepare tax returns (Withholding Tax, Final Tax, VAT, etc.)
Other ad hoc matters
Education and Experience
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or related studies.
At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Sales Audit and General Ledger.
Key Qualifications
Results-oriented and ability to function in a team environment
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Adept in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Work Arrangement: Mondays to Fridays (9.5 hours/day); Reports to Corporate Office - Pasay City
