Job Description
We are looking for applicants to fill in the accounting assistant position in our company.
Work Scope:
Tabulate and checking of accounts receivables vs accounts payables
Preparation of payroll & reimbursement.
Monthly filing of SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig
Preparation of Purchase Orders to Suppliers
Follow up delivery schedules
Follow up for pending collectibles
Assist other accounting assistants if required
Minimum Qualifications
Must possess Bachelor's / College Degree / Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in either of the following: BS Accountancy, Finance and or accounts related field.
Knowledge in Basic Bookkeeping
Knowledge in Accounts tabulation and checking
Skills:
MS Office
Ledgers
Proficient with Numbers and Calculations.
With at least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
Can work under pressure
Good communication skills
