JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a highly organized, detailed-oriented, self-sufficient and forward-thinking Accounting Assistant who provides support in the accounting and admin department involves working on several activities which require a high attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs physical count of inventory or Auditing;
Manage the RTF products (return items) and stocks of raw materials;
Assist in the reconciliation of variances and to assist in the performance of other inventory process;
Reports inventory in a daily basis;
Assist accounting department (AP, AR, etc.);
Other tasks may assigned.
 
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
Must be Accountancy graduates or any related courses;
With experience in physical nventory or auditing is an advantage but not required;
Willing to deploy in Pamplona Uno Las Piñas City;
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
