Accounting Assistant - Perform general accounting, bookkeeping and finance functions.
Responsibilities:
Handle firm-related and Partner's disbursements
Prepare bank reconciliations
Handle BIR compliance and reporting requirements
Update, monitor and prepare reports related to Partner's accounts and other requirements
Comply with external audit requirements
Assist the Senior Accountant and Managers in preparing reports as required by management
Perform other jobs in the Department that may be assigned
Requirements:
Candidate must be a graduate of Accountancy
Preferably with 1 year of experience in accounting/audit work
Candidate must possess the following:
Above average skills in MS Excel
Basic skills in MS Word
Multitasking skills
