METRO RAPID TRANSIT SERVICE INC. also known as MYBUS is URGENTLY LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO JOIN OUR TEAM!
The Accounting Assistant supports the Accounting Department by performing clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions and preparing reports.
Duties and Responsibilities are but not limited to:
Disbursements processing
Journal Vouchers
Processing of Interco
Monthly Inventory Count
Sharepoint tasks
Assist in yearend audit
Business Permit renewal
Others
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of BS in Accountancy or any accounting related course (BS Management Accounting, BS Accounting Technology, BS Financial Accounting)
Experience in sales auditing, invoicing, disbursement processing and inventory is an advantage but not required.
Knowledge in SAP is a PLUS but not required.
Knowledgeable in basic MS Applications
Willing to be trained
