Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in related Construction Companies
Adept in Excel, MS Office and Systems Software
Must have initiative, perseverance, organized and with attention to details
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Coordinate purchase and payment requests from project sites to HO
Prints and checks request supporting documents for review, verification and approval by Finance and GM
Monitors all purchase and request for payments from approvals, processing and payments
Checks, prepares work contracts anf updates HR and contract requirements of workers per project
Coordinate finance and HR concerns of operations
Assists in collections, finance and banking transactions
Assists in inventory control and system of the Construction group
Maintains ACCI account in focus , ack as back uo for APV entries in focus
Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time
At least 1 year of working experience in related Construction Companies
