1.Prepares timely and complete accounts payable vouchers
2. Ensures proper allocation of expenses to different cost centers
3. Analyze payable per supplier and checks completeness of purchase order and sales invoice
4. Reconcile balances and resolve queries of supplier regarding the status of their accounts
5. Occasional Duties: Prepares check vouchers in the absence of the person in-charge
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related courses.
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-Preferably with at least 6 months experience in general accounting / accounts payable / check voucher
-Computer literate
-Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skill
-Attention to details and Organizational Skills
