DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. Accounts Receivable
Prepares Sales Invoice & Delivery Receipt for all Units Sales
Prepares Sales Invoice & Delivery Receipt for all Internal/External Parts Issuance.
Prepares Charge Invoice for all Employee Advances.
Receives payment and issue receipt for collections.
Reviews & monitors Aging Receivables on a regular basis.
Monitors and follow up liquidation of Employees Advances.
Confirms & Schedules Collection.
Preparation of Statement of Account of Dealers & Clients.
Preparation of Credit Memo
Ensures that all sales & receipts are posted on the Accounting System ü Preparation of VAT Report (Sales), Collection Report.
Preparation of Monthly Unit Sales Report
Checking and Reconciliation of Customer Balances
II. Accounts Payable
Receives and processes Requests for Payment for Suppliers & Employee Advances.
Receiving & Posting of all purchases, both Local & Offshore
Preparation of RFP for Utilities & Monthly Dues and processing of the same.
Preparation of Fund Transfer, Check & Bills Payment Request & UBP Checkwrite.
Receives Petty Cash Fund Liquidation & Replenishment from co-owned dealerships.
Ensures that all purchases & disbursements are posted on the Accounting System
Preparation of Monthly EWT Report
Preparation of Vendor Credit Memo
Preparation of Monthly Purchases Report
Checking and Reconciliation of Supplier Balances
III. General Accounting Tasks
Checking and Reconciliation of GL Account Balances
Posting of Adjusting Entries as may be needed
Submission of Monthly Reports
Attends to regular and scheduled meetings
Intact filing of Accounting Documents
Attends to other instructions & tasks that may be assigned by the Accounting Deputy Director.
